Return Policy

If an item is faulty, a refund will be given if returned within 30 days, or a repair or replacement will be provided within 6 months. If an item is returned for any other reason within 30 days, a credit note for Bowring Hepple Black will be issued to the value of the original item purchased. Proof of purchase will be required before any refund/replacement/credit note is issued. 

Postal returns will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please visit us at 8 Narrowgate, Alnwick, NE66 1JG. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
