Our shop can be found at 8 Narrowgate, Alnwick, NE66 1JG, in the heart of the town. We are conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from Alnwick Castle's Barbican and a 5 minute walk from the town's most central car park, on Greenwell Road.

We are open 7 days a week! You'll find members of our team in store from 10am till 5pm March to October, and 10am to 4pm November through to February.

Yes! Our shop is all on one level and accessible to both wheelchairs and pushchairs through our street-level front door. Alnwick's Narrowgate has also recently undergone pedestrianisation and the full street is now accessible to all.

Yes! Bowring Hepple Black welcomes all well-behaved dogs! We even have a range of pet toys so you can treat your four-legged Potter fans when you're in the shop.
